Refund and Return Policy

You can request a return or exchange if:

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

The item is not from a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable category (like innerwear or accessories).

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges involved in returns and exchanges.

If a reverse pickup is available, the cost will be deducted from your store credit or must be paid in advance.

Alternatively, you can self-ship the item to our return address.

Refund via Credit Note Only
We do not offer cash/bank refunds.

Once your returned item is received and verified, we will issue a store credit (credit note) equal to the product value (excluding shipping).

This credit can be used for future purchases on our website or WhatsApp orders.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange allowed for size or color (subject to availability).
  • Shipping charges for the exchanged item will be paid by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or clearance sale products
  • Innerwear or hygiene products
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered garments

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@dreamworldshop.in with your Order ID, a clear photo of the product, and the reason.

Once approved, we will confirm the pickup or provide the return address.
